The Saskatchewan Health Authority is alerting the public of the increased risk of COVID-19 variants of concern in Saskatoon.
The SHA strongly urges residents to follow all the safety guidelines, including keeping two metres away from others and always wear a mask, avoid gatherings, keep to your household bubble, avoid unnecessary travel and if you are able to work from home, do so.
The SHA says there is an increased risk of exposure to COVID-19 variants of concern at Canadian Plasma Resources at 1222 Quebec Avenue where a person or persons attended while infections.
The dates were April 8th, 10th, 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th, anytime during business hours.
If you were at Canadian Plasma Resources on any of these dates, the SHA advises to immediately self-isolate for 14 days following the date of exposure, and call the HealthLine or your healthcare provider if you develop symptoms.
