On Friday, officials from the Saskatchewan Health Authority informed the Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Division of positive COVID-19 cases in individuals at St. Bernard School and Holy Cross High School.  Holy Cross had two reported cases.

The SHA is also no longer informing the school division if cases are a variant of concern or not, stating that their care and management of cases is the same for all cases.  The SHA is recommending that all close contacts get tested but say risk of exposure for anyone not considered a close contact remains low.

The affected classes/cohorts will switch to online learning.
