A re-developed playground in Prince Albert includes equipment that, depending on your age, may not sound familiar.
The City of Prince Albert says AC Howard Park’s playground now includes an oodle swing, a belt bridge with railing, a lolli ladder, a super scoop and a stand-up spinner, among other highlights. The park’s previously featured swings are still on site as well.
There are also picnic tables, benches and the City says new lighting will be installed in August. The work began mid-June and it’s now open to the public.
This is part of the City’s Playground Replacement Program and the total budget for this project was $130,000.
