A third person has been charged in connection to the death of Tristan Chaboyer.
The Prince Albert man was last seen on September 4th, 2020 and was reported missing six days later. His remains were located in a wooded area northeast of the city that same year.
On Thursday, with assistance from the Moose Jaw Police Service, 32-year-old Allan Genereaux was arrested in Moose Jaw. He has been charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder and Indignity to Human Remains. Genereaux made his first court appearance in Prince Albert Provincial Court Friday.
Last month, the Prince Albert Police Service’s Criminal Investigation Division arrested 45-year-old Kyle Charles and 28-year-old Harley Bear on charges of accessory after the fact to murder in the death of Tristan Chaboyer.
The Prince Albert Police Service says the homicide investigation remains ongoing.
