Contract talks between the provincial government and the Saskatchewan Teachers Federation will resume Tuesday.
Following his speech at the Urban Municipalities Convention in Regina, Premier Scott Moe spoke to reporters saying he was positive about the renewed start to talks this week and says it is his true hope that they will find an agreement.
“I’ve been confident from the very early days that despite some of the discussions that were happening publicly that we would be able to find a deal with our province’s teachers and I’m increasingly confident on that here today.”
The STF is working as normal while the talks are ongoing, providing noon hour supervision and participating in extra-curricular activities.
