Saskatoon Police are investigating an incident on a city bus where two people were stabbed. Around 10:30 Thursday night, officers responded to 20th Street West and Avenue N South and found a 20-year-old man suffering from a serious but non-life-threatening stab wound. He was taken to hospital by paramedics.
Police were told there had been an altercation among multiple people of ‘unknown associations’ to one another, resulting in the stabbing. Following a search of the area, police found a male and female matching the witness descriptions in the 1400 block of 20th Street West. The 15-year-old girl had multiple serious by non-life-threatening stab wounds. She too, was transported to hospital by ambulance.
The Serious Assault Unit continues to investigate.
