Last week we told you about the shots fired in Lloydminster with two injured in a home invasion and RCMP now say the two injured individuals who were airlifted to hospital were later identified as being among the nine suspects considered part of the home invasion. Lloydminster RCMP say they are expected to survive. As well, their investigation has revealed the identity of a third suspect with six others as yet unidentified.
Forty-five-year-old Richard Kelly Cross of Saskatoon and 39-year-ol Valance William Wapass of Onion Lake are charged with break and enter to commit an indictable offence. They have not been formally arrested because of their medical status. Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of 33-year-old Warren Curtis Littlewolfe of Edmonton. He is facing the same charge as the two men in hospital.
Lloydminster RCMP are now seeking the public’s help in identifying the six remaining suspects as well as locating Warren Littlewolfe. Police say Littlewolfe is known to frequent Lloydminster as well as Onion Lake, St. Walburg and Turtleford in Saskatchewan. Littlewolfe is to be considered armed and dangerous and the public is asked NOT to approach. He is described as having a medium complexion, 5 feet, 4 inches, 140 pounds, black hair (sometimes dyed blond), and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on this incident or the whereabouts of Littlewolfe is asked to please contact the Lloydminster RCMP at 780-808-8400, or your local police. If you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), online at www.P3Tips.com or using the “P3 Tips” app available through the Apple App or Google Play Store.
