For the next few days, you may notice graders in residential areas. The City of Saskatoon says in a news release, that all available grades were called to help last night and over the next few days to blitz local residential streets after the mixed rain and snow, the melting, and now the below zero temperatures leading to ice ruts.
The City encourages everyone to move their vehicles if there is off-street parking available. The graders will shave off the top layers of ruts, which will be stored in the parking lanes.
