At approximately 12:30 p.m., Sunday police responded to the 1400 block of Embassy Drive after a man was found deceased in an apartment building.

The victim is a 38-year-old man. Major Crime Section, the Forensic Identification Section and the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Office are investigating.
