The Saskatoon Police Service is asking anyone with information to contact police or Crime Stoppers after the city recorded its eighth homicide of 2025.

However, details are very limited with police only saying that around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday they were called to St. Paul’s Hospital after a male, of no specified age, was brought in suffering from serious injuries.  He was later pronounced deceased.

Other than that, the Saskatoon Police Service only says the Major Crime Unit is investigating and the investigation is ongoing.
