Turtleford RCMP received a report of a seriously injured man found lying beside Highway #21, north of Redcross last Saturday.

The man was transported to hospital, but died on Wednesday.

RCMP have released his name in the hopes of getting additional information from the public. The man has been identified as 25-year-old Chance Oseemeemow from Big Island Cree Nation, SK. His death is considered suspicious and is being investigated by the Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes Unit.
