Saskatoon’s Guns and Gangs Unit has charged a man after executing a search warrant at a business in Saskatoon.
At 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, officers arrived at the business in the 700 block of Idylwyld Drive North. There, they arrested a 45-year-old male suspect in their investigation and seized a variety of items, including a .40 calibre handgun, .40 calibre ammunition, 9 millimetre ammunition, .233 ammunition, 2,700 illegal cigarettes, 15.42 grams of fentanyl, 0.60 grams of cocaine, and 4.0 grams of methamphetamine.
As a result, the accused has been charged with seven drug- and weapons-related offences. A 43-year-old woman was also arrested on outstanding warrants.
