Environment Canada says six locations in southern Saskatchewan set new record highs on Sunday.
Yellow Grass was the hotspot at 11 degrees Celsius although it did not set a new record high.
Estevan at 7.6 degrees and Regina at 5.8 degrees for a high on Sunday, both broke 80-year-old records set in 1945.
Saskatoon’s daytime high Sunday was +2.7 degrees. In Prince Albert the daytime high Sunday was -3.2 degrees.
