Kyle Hameluck, who was recently the subject of a public safety advisory, was arrested by Saskatoon Police on February 14th at around 7:00 pm in the 200 block of 1st avenue south after he was found to be breaching the conditions of his release.
He was previously convicted of 70 incidents of voyeurism, indecent acts and trespassing at night. He was released from the Saskatoon Provincial Correctional Centre on February 14th.
Hameluck was given several court-imposed conditions. He was to remain inside an approved residence between the hours of 9:00 pm and 6:00 am, abstain from the poassession of drugs not prescribed by a doctor, make no attempt to contact past victims directly or indirectly, and he was not to possess or use any cellphones or devices capable of taking photos or videos.
Hameluck is set to appear in Provincial Court on Tuesday February 17th, 2026.
