A big donation from an unknown donor was made to the Saskatoon Military Museum.
The donation was for $1000.
When talking about the donation, Museum Curator and Archivist Vaughn Teasdale said, “Not really earmarked for anything specifically but we do have a number of projects on the go that were working on related to the Royal Canadian Air Force so my guess is they would probably be more directed that way.”
Donations from the public isn’t the only place the museum gets funding from. The museum also gets grants from Sask Culture.
The Military Museum is open from 1pm to 4 pm on Thursdays and 3pm to 5pm on Saturdays.
