RCMP are looking for two suspects believed to be involved in the armed robbery of an ATV on the Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation.
Last Thursday morning around 9:30, RCMP report two men broke into a residence on the old townsite while a third man remained outside. One of the men had a firearm and demanded the keys to the ATV. There were no injuries.
Three men were identified as suspects and one was arrested on Monday. Delaney Mitsuing from the Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation is charged with:
- one count, break and enter with intent, Section 348(1)(b), Criminal Code;
- one count, using an imitation firearm in an offence, Section 85(2)(a), Criminal Code;
- one count, robbery with a weapon, Section 344(1)(b), Criminal Code; and
- two counts, assault with a weapon, Section 267(a), Criminal Code.
Warrants have been issued for the arrest of Justin Kytwayhat and Owen Kytwayhat. Loon Lake RCMP continue work to locate the two males and ask members of the public to report sightings and information on their whereabouts.

- Height: 5’9”

- Other descriptors: multiple tattoos, including numbers on his cheeks, a star above his left eyebrow, and words on his neck.
