A 22-year-old male is charged with second degree murder and a 20-year-old male is charged with manslaughter in connection to Saskatoon’s eighth homicide of 2025 from early Sunday morning.

According to a Saskatoon Police Service (S-P-S) news release, Major Crime investigators determined that an altercation happened in a parking lot in the 300 block of Confederation Drive between three individuals at about 3:30 a.m. on September 28. A 16-year-old male succumbed to his injuries after being rushed to hospital.
