On Saturday Melfort/Tisdale RCMP responded to an accident on Highway #35 north of Tisdale.

The lone driver of the first SUV was a man who was transported to hospital with unknown injuries.

There were four people in a second SUV which included a man driving, a woman in the passenger seat and two children who were all taken to hospital with unknown injuries.

Highway #35 has reopened and RCMP say the investigation is ongoing.
