The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan (FCAA) is warning investors about the online entities known as Smart Reserve Holdings and Tradock.
The FCAA is warning investors that the businesses may not be legitimate since they are not registered to trade or sell securities or derivatives in Saskatchewan.
Smart Reserve Holdings and Tradock claim to offer trading opportunities for Saskatchewan residents, including stocks, forex, cryptocurrencies, indices and commodities. Smart Reserve Holdings also claims to offer bonds, mutual funds and contracts for difference.
Saskatchewan residents looking to invest should always check the company’s registration status at aretheyregistered.ca.
