The Regina Police Service says a 40 year old man has been charged in connection to a string of thefts and a robbery with the majority from liquor stores in the north end of Regina.
The thefts took place between February 2025 and February 12th this year. Grocery retailers and other businesses in other areas of Regina were also victimized.
In August 2025, police received a report from a business in the 1600 block of Dewdney Avenue that a suspect had entered the store, grabbed an item from the shelf and assaulted an employee before fleeing the scene. This resulted in the suspect being charged with Robbery.
Investigators reviewed hours of surveillance footage as they worked to determine who was responsible for these occurrences.
Thursday night, the suspect was located and arrested by Patrol officers following a report of a theft at a business. Titus Runns faces 30 counts of Theft under $5,000 and one count of Robbery.
