Saskatoon Police have arrested a 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy after bear spray was discharged in a business on Thursday.
At around 7:15 p.m., police were called to a business in the 400 block of Confederation Drive for a report of a large group of youth fighting and discharging bear spray. Social media posts indicate the incident happened at Superstore.
Officers arrived to speak with a group of three youths who did not flee the scene, two of which were arrested and found to be in possession of canisters of bear spray. One was also in possession of an imitation firearm.
