Battlefords RCMP are asking the public to help locate 48-year-old Tony Philips. 

Phillips is wanted on warrant by Battlefords RCMP for charges including failing to attend court and sexual assault. 

He is described as five feet eight inches tall, 190 pounds, with brown eyes, grey hair, and a tattoo of a dragon on his right upper arm and a tattoo of a black panther on his left upper arm.  

Battlefords RCMP continue to investigate. If you see Phillips, do not approach him. Report all sightings and information to your local police at 310-RCMP.
