The Family Service Trucktastic! fundraiser returns to the Midway at Prairieland Park on Saturday.

The fundraiser brings a variety of equipment and vehicles for children and vehicle enthusiasts alike to learn about and check out. Every piece of equipment and vehicle will have someone next to it to explain more about it.

Executive Director of Family Service Saskatoon, Janine Baumann, says some of the vehicles at the 8th edition of the fundraiser include buses, dump trucks, emergency vehicles, and golf carts.

“This year we have returning Sask Aviation Museum, so that’s really quite cool, they usually bring sort of what a cock pit of a plane looks like that you can sit in, those types of things.”

The fundraiser will have things other than vehicles as well, such as a bouncy castle, petting zoo, and other games.

All proceeds from the event will go back into Family Service Saskatoon to support mental health and to prevent family violence.

The event will run from 10 am till 4 pm. People can get tickets online at the Family Service website or at the gate at the event.
