After the August long weekend, when the province celebrates Saskatchewan Day, the Ministry of Health will no longer issue daily updates of the COVID-19 case numbers.  The Government of Saskatchewan says the move comes as COVID-19 in the province “moves from a pandemic to endemic.”

So starting Tuesday August 3 the COVID-19 vaccination and case news will be coming weekly.

There will be a COVID-19 dashboard published seven days a week at the government’s website.  This will include vaccines delivered, new and active cases by zones, hospitalizations, testing, and status of variants of concern for the province.
