Protective Service Medals are being handed out in Saskatoon today [tues]. There was a ceremony this morning and another one will be held at two o’clock this afternoon. Lieutenant Governor Russ Mirasty and Province Secretary Todd Goudy are presiding. The medal honours people with 25 years of service to the province in the emergency services field. This year, 153 individuals from across the province will be honoured. There will be another ceremony on Wednesday in Saskatoon and another in Regina on October 29th.
