According to GasBuddy.com, the average retail price for gas in Saskatoon is down by 1.4 cents a litre in the past week. Head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy, Patrick De Haan, says nearly all provinces have seen slight declines as the bulk of the seasonal transition has yet to significantly impact gas prices. He adds that oil prices have remained steady in the low $70s, but GasBuddy continues to monitor key developments, including ongoing talks between the U.S., Russia and Ukraine on a potential agreement.
