Saskatoon Police responded to a report of an assault at Midtown Plaza late morning Friday.
Around 11 a.m. officers found a 31-year-old man on the sidewalk with non-life-threatening injuries who was transported to hospital by paramedics.
Police determined he was sitting on the ground when three people approached him, each one hitting him before walking away.
It was believed the suspects were on a city bus and the bus was pulled over at 22nd Street West and Avenue D. Two of three suspects were arrested, off the bus, and a third was not located. As well, one of the suspects was found to be wanted. Two men, ages 29 and 32, are charged with assault.
