Co-Chair of the Pegasus Project, Vaughn Wyant says they wanted to do something special in the wake of the Humboldt Broncos bus crash. “On the heels of the Humboldt bus crash and it’s a disaster that is kind of etched in everybody’s mind and most of us remember where we were and it was tough you know cause it affects so many families. On the prairies and right across Canada parents have been putting their kids on bus rides for years and years and it’s really tough.” You can see the car auctioned off live at 3 o’clock Friday afternoon on the History Channel.
STARS responds to almost 900 calls in Saskatchewan alone each year. Those interested in donating can do so by clicking here.
