A Langham man is going to pay his mortgage and retire in the not-to-distant future after hitting the Vault Breaker VLT jackpot.

Bruce Cartman was playing at the Saskatoon Travelodge on Sunday when he won $1,475,873.68.

Cartman is planning to retire—but adds he has some commitments to uphold first. He is also looking to upgrade his boat.

The Vault Breaker is a progressive jackpot that links 4,200 VLT’s at 570 sites in 270 communities across the province.
