There was a fatal vehicle-pedestrian accident on Sunday in Prince Albert.

Police responded to the intersection of 15th Avenue East and Muzzy Drive around 1:50 a.m. where they found an unresponsive 23-year-old woman, the pedestrian involved in the accident. She was transported to Victoria Hospital by Parkland Ambulance where she was pronounced deceased.

Police continue to investigate but an RCMP Collision Reconstructionist in the initial investigation has determined the vehicle was travelling North on 15th Avenue, exiting the intersection at Muzzy Drive
when the collision occurred.
