A common message from the Premiers of Saskatchewan and Alberta on Wednesday following a joint meeting of their caucuses in Lloydminster.

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith says the federal government needs to make it easier to build oil and gas pipelines by attracting private investment.
Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe repeated his support for a direct rail link between the Port of Churchill and the West Coast. This would open the door for additional oil production from both provinces.
While the two premiers had a long list of changes it wants to federal policies, Scott Moe did thank Prime Minister Carney for resuming normal political relations with India. India is a major buyer of pulse crops grown in Saskatchewan.
