An RCMP officer-involved shooting that led to an adult male with injuries is being investigated by the Saskatchewan Serious Incident Response Team (SIRT). Meadow Lake RCMP were called to a residence on Flying Dust First Nation on Sunday, June 29th around 5:30 p.m. with a man acting aggressively, armed with a weapon. An officer discharged their firearm and provided medical assistance, and the man was taken to hospital with injuries described as serious. None of the officers were injured.
