The Saskatchewan Aviation Museum is hosting an event Sunday, July 6th to honour one of Canada’s last surviving Lancaster Bomber pilots. Reg “Crash” Harrison served in WW2 and survived 4 plane crashes, none of them being his fault. Deanna Driver authored a book called Reg “Crash” Harrison: Bomber Pilot Who Defied Death and will be a guest speaker. Together they will share about his flying 19 missions over Germany, surviving four crashes and his life post-war.
The “An Evening with Reg “Crash” Harrison: A WW2 Bomber Pilot’s Story Live” event starts at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $15.00, and it is welcome to everyone.
